罗老师自2006年起担任私立幼儿园的创始人兼园长。她拥有超过12年的幼儿工作经验,曾经任职为幼儿园校长,教师和幼儿保育者。身为一位园长,她负责确保她幼教与保育中心的孩子们有一个良好和互动的学习环境,以帮助幼儿们的成长和发展。她还参与了学前教育发展领域的工作,为幼儿教师和家长们提供专业的咨询,辅导与培训。她在马来西亚国立大学(UKM)取得了学前教育硕士学位,并在马来亚大学获得了幼儿教育博士学位。她的研究领域包括语音处理,幼儿的早期识字和第二语言的学习。
